Sell social media scheduling as your own SaaS
Turn FS Poster into a white-label, multi-tenant platform. You set the plans and pricing, and every customer gets an isolated workspace with 26 social networks.
What is FS Poster SaaS?
Your own Buffer-style scheduling service, running on your WordPress site.
Sell what Buffer and Hootsuite sell, under your own brand.
FS Poster SaaS turns the FS Poster plugin into a multi-tenant platform. Customers sign up on your domain, choose a plan and pay you. Each one gets an isolated workspace with 26 social networks and AI writing, while you run everything from a single operator panel.
- You define the plans, prices, trials and limits
- Stripe, PayPal and wallet payments land in your own accounts
- One licence, no revenue share, no per-tenant fees
How does FS Poster SaaS work?
Two panels, one install: the one you run the business from, and the one your tenants live in.
Operator panel
Set your plans and prices, watch tenants sign up, follow payments and revenue, and manage every account from one dashboard.
Tenant workspace
Each tenant connects their own channels, plans their calendar and reads their own analytics. They never see your admin, and they never see each other.
Your operator panel
Five steps from a bare WordPress install to a platform taking payments.
Install and activate
Install WordPress, upload FS Poster SaaS and enter your licence. The plugin downloads FS Poster core, activates it and opens the operator panel.
- Runs on hosting you already pay for
- Your domain, your name, your logo
- No separate server, queue or database to operate
Set the rules of your platform
Choose the plan new sign-ups start on, the trial length, what an expired tenant falls back to, and the pages and sender address your tenants see.
- Default plan, trial period and expired-plan fallback
- White-label name, logo and lifecycle emails from your own address
- 14-day grace period for failed renewals
Create your plans and pricing
Build as many plans as your market needs, monthly or yearly, in your currency, with an optional discounted first cycle. Change them any time without touching code.
- Monthly and yearly prices per plan
- Introductory first-cycle price
- Hide a plan without deleting it
Set features and limits per plan
Every capability is a switch: which social networks and sign-in methods, how many channels and posts per month, AI text and image generation, watermarks, analytics and calendar.
- 26 social networks toggled per plan
- Channel and monthly post limits
- AI, watermark, analytics and calendar gates
Connect your payment gateways
Take the money directly. Stripe and PayPal handle subscriptions, invoices and renewals, and a wallet balance lets tenants prepay. Payouts land in your accounts.
- Stripe and PayPal subscriptions
- Wallet top-ups and operator credits
- Automatic invoices and expiry reminders
Tenant sign-up and workspace
What somebody who buys a plan from you actually gets.
Sign up in under a minute
Ready-made sign-up, sign-in and password-reset pages carrying your logo. A tenant enters an email and password, confirms the code, adds a name, and the workspace is live.
- Hosted sign-up and sign-in pages
- Email confirmation and password reset
- Free trial before the first charge, if you offer one
Connect channels and compose once
Tenants connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, TikTok and twenty more, then tailor a single post per network without rewriting it five times.
- 26 social networks and services
- Per-network text, image and link customisation
- Calendar and per-channel scheduling
Let AI write the captions
Captions, hashtags and images are generated in place, so a tenant never stares at an empty box, and you decide which plans include it.
- AI captions and hashtags from the post itself
- AI image generation for posts without artwork
- Sold as an upgrade or bundled, your call
Self-service billing
Plan changes, invoices, payment history and cancellations live in the tenant’s own billing page. Fewer support tickets for you, no waiting for them.
- Payment history and invoices
- Upgrade or change plan at any time
- Prepay with a wallet balance
FAQ
Everything you need to know before you resell FS Poster.
FS Poster SaaS is an add-on that turns the FS Poster WordPress plugin into a multi-tenant platform you can sell under your own brand. You install it on one WordPress site; your customers sign up on your domain, choose a plan, pay you and get their own isolated scheduling workspace with 26 social networks.
No. Install WordPress on your hosting, upload FS Poster SaaS and enter your licence. The plugin downloads and activates FS Poster core for you and opens the operator panel, where plans, pricing, payments and branding are all settings, not code.
Every tenant gets a private FS Poster workspace: their own channels, schedules, calendar, analytics and AI tools, limited by the plan you assign. Tenants never see your WordPress admin or each other. Which networks, how many channels and posts, and whether AI, watermarks, calendar or analytics are included is decided per plan in your operator panel.
Connect your own Stripe or PayPal account in the operator panel. Subscriptions, renewals, invoices and failed-payment retries are handled automatically and the money goes straight to you. Tenants can also prepay a wallet balance that renewals are charged from. FS Poster takes no share of what your tenants pay.
Yes. Set your brand name, logo and admin URL slug in the White label settings, and send lifecycle emails from your own address. Sign-up, sign-in and password-reset pages live on your domain, and the tenant workspace carries your brand.
As many as you like. None of the FS Poster SaaS licences caps the number of tenants, and there are no per-tenant fees. The licences differ in support duration, white-label branding and the features your tenants get, not in how many customers you can host.
A yearly licence renews every year and includes updates and support while it is active. A lifetime licence is a one-time payment with lifetime updates; support is included for the period shown on the pricing page and can be extended. Both run the same product with the same features.
No. You set up your platform's social apps once in the operator panel and tenants connect their accounts with a single sign-in. Where a plan allows it, tenants can still use FS Poster's advanced methods with their own app credentials.
Yes. Choose the plan new sign-ups start on and the trial length (7 days by default). When a trial or subscription ends, the tenant falls back to a plan you pick, so you decide whether they keep a free tier or lose access until they pay.
No. FS Poster SaaS runs inside your WordPress site on the hosting you already have. Tenant data is isolated within the same database and scheduling runs on the plugin's cron, so there is no extra server, queue or database to operate.

Every tenant gets 26+ social networks
Your tenants connect the same 26 networks and services FS Poster supports, from one dashboard under your brand. You decide which of them each plan opens.
