Hidden plans

A hidden plan is a plan you no longer sell but still honour. Old customers keep the price and the limits they signed up for, new customers never see the plan, and you can still assign it by hand when you need a special deal.

What you can do

• Retire a plan from the pricing page and the sign-up flow without cancelling anyone.
• Keep legacy prices for early customers while new sign-ups pay the current rate.
• Create private plans for partners, agencies or your own team and assign them from the tenant editor.
• Bring a plan back by setting it to Active again.

How it works

Every plan is either Active or Hidden. The public pricing shortcode and the checkout list Active plans only. Hidden plans remain valid for existing subscriptions, renew normally and are still reported in the dashboard charts. Operators can pick a hidden plan when creating or editing a tenant. A hidden plan that is still referenced by a live subscription cannot be deleted, which protects the tenants on it.
