Tenant directory & lifecycle

The Tenants page is where you run your customer base day to day. Every tenant is listed with two badges, one for the account state and one for the subscription state, so you can tell a suspended account from an expired subscription at a glance.

What you can do

• Search tenants by name or email and filter them by account status and plan.
• Create a tenant by hand: attach a new WordPress user or an existing one, set the email, password, name and country, pick a plan and an expiry date.
• Edit those details later, move a tenant to another plan or extend their access.
• Suspend a tenant to block sign-in and stop their schedules, and reactivate them with one click.
• Open a tenant's payment history or adjust their wallet balance without leaving the list.
• Delete one tenant or many at once with bulk actions.

How it works

A tenant is a WordPress user with the tenant role plus a tenant record the add-on keeps. Suspending destroys the tenant's sessions immediately. Deleting removes everything that belongs to that tenant: connected channels, schedules, labels, AI templates, notifications, media uploads, per-tenant settings and the WordPress user itself. Billing records are kept, so your revenue history and invoices stay complete after a customer leaves. A deletion email goes out if you have enabled that template.
