Operator dashboard

The operator dashboard is the first screen you see in the FS Poster SaaS panel. It answers the questions you ask every morning: how many tenants do I have, how many of them pay, and how is this month going compared with the last one.

What you can see

• Total tenants and how many of them hold an active paid subscription.
• New tenants in the last 30 days and subscriptions that expired in the same window.
• Revenue for the current month to date, with the change against the previous month.
• A tenants-by-plan chart and a revenue-by-plan chart, so you see which plan sells and which plan earns.

How it works

The numbers come straight from the tenant, subscription and payment tables the add-on keeps inside your WordPress database. Revenue counts every completed subscription payment plus every charge settled from a tenant's wallet balance, so cash taken by card and cash taken from prepaid balance are shown together. Refunds are recorded in the ledger and reduce the figure.

The dashboard lives at the operator panel inside wp-admin, next to Tenants, Plans, Payments, Workflows and Settings. Tenants never see it; they only ever reach their own FS Poster dashboard.
