Tenants and revenue by plan

Two bar charts on the operator dashboard break your business down by plan. One counts tenants, the other sums revenue. Put side by side they show whether the plan that attracts the most sign-ups is also the plan that pays the bills.

What you can do

• See how many tenants sit on each plan, including hidden plans that are no longer sold.
• See how much revenue each plan produced, from card payments and wallet charges alike.
• Spot a free or cheap plan that collects users but no money, and decide whether to tighten its limits.
• Check the effect of a price change or a new plan a few weeks after you launch it.

How it works

Every subscription references the plan it was bought on, and every payment references its subscription. The charts group on that relation, so a tenant who upgraded from a cheaper plan is counted on the plan they currently hold while their earlier payments stay with the plan they were made on. Wallet charges for renewals are attributed the same way.

The charts refresh every time you open the dashboard; there is no report to schedule or export to run.
