Stripe, PayPal & wallet payments

Tenants pay you directly. FS Poster SaaS connects to your own Stripe and PayPal accounts for card and PayPal subscriptions, and adds a prepaid wallet for tenants who prefer to top up a balance and have renewals taken from it. There is no revenue share; every payment lands in your account.

What you can do

• Enable Stripe, PayPal, the wallet, or any combination, from Settings, Payment Methods.
• Take recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions through Stripe Checkout or PayPal Subscriptions.
• Let tenants add funds to their wallet and pay for plans from the balance.
• Set your currency, symbol, number format and decimals once for the whole platform.
• Receive refund and dispute events from Stripe and PayPal and see them reflected on the tenant.

How it works

Checkout opens a Stripe Checkout session in subscription mode or a PayPal subscription; the add-on creates the matching product and plan on the gateway once and reuses it. Webhooks for paid invoices, failed payments, cancellations, refunds and disputes are received on your site, verified with the secret you enter, and applied through an inbox that ignores duplicates, so a webhook delivered twice never charges or credits twice. Wallet balances change under a database lock, and every movement is written to a ledger with the balance after it. Changing plan or cycle starts a fresh checkout that supersedes the old subscription; with the wallet, the remaining time of the old plan is added on top.
