Plan builder

Plans are yours to design. FS Poster SaaS ships with no fixed tiers; you decide what each plan is called, what it costs, which networks it opens and how much a tenant on it may do. Three plans or one, monthly or yearly, a free tier or none: the plan builder covers all of it.

What you can do

• Give every plan a name, a short badge label, a colour and a description that shows on your pricing page.
• Set a monthly and a yearly price, each with an optional lower amount for the first cycle.
• Pick the social networks and sign-in methods the plan may use on the Socials tab.
• Switch AI text, AI image, analytics, calendar and content ideas on or off on the Features tab.
• Cap connected channels, posts per month and watermark usage on the Limits tab.
• Mark a plan Active or Hidden and drag plans into the order you want them displayed.

How it works

Each plan stores its permissions as one document; when a tenant signs in, the add-on merges that document over a deny-everything baseline and hands the result to FS Poster core. Core then enforces it in the same places it enforces its own licence rules, so a limit set in the builder is respected in the composer, the channel screens, the cron and the REST API alike.

One plan is marked as the default trial plan for new sign-ups and one as the fallback for tenants whose subscription has expired. A plan that is referenced by a live subscription or by either of those settings cannot be deleted, which keeps you from cutting a paying customer off by mistake. All plans are priced in the single currency you choose in Settings.
