Billing runs on its own once a tenant subscribes.

The cycle

1. Renewal — when a cycle ends, the platform charges the tenant’s gateway for the next one.
2. Dunning — a failed charge is retried automatically before the subscription is given up on.
3. Expiry reminders — tenants get warning emails before their subscription runs out.
4. Expiry — an expired, unpaid subscription loses access until the tenant pays or you intervene from the Tenants page.
