Create and Publish Content Ideas in FS Poster

The Content Ideas feature allows you to create, save, edit, duplicate, schedule, and publish social media content directly from FS Poster without creating a WordPress post.

This feature is useful when you want to share announcements, promotions, company updates, events, or other social media content that does not need to be published on your website.

1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
2. Open the FS Poster plugin.
3. Click Content Ideas from the top menu.
4. Click the Create New Idea button.

A new content idea form will open.

Enter the main text of your social media post.

Optionally upload or select:

• Images
• Videos

The selected media will be attached to your social media post when published.

Add a URL if you want to direct users to a website, landing page, blog article, product page, or any external resource.

Optionally add a first comment that will be published together with the post on supported social networks.

This can be useful for:

• Additional information
• Hashtags
• Promotional links
• Call-to-action messages

After entering the desired information, save the content idea.

Saved ideas remain available in the Content Ideas list and can be reused at any time.

To modify a content idea:

1. Open the Content Ideas page.
2. Click the content idea you want to edit.
3. Update the content, media, links, or comments.
4. Save your changes.

If you want to reuse an existing idea:

1. Open the actions menu for the content idea.
2. Select Duplicate.
3. Modify the copied content if necessary.
4. Save the new version.

This helps create variations of existing campaigns without starting from scratch.

To publish the content later:

1. Open the content idea.
2. Click the Schedule button.
3. Select the social media accounts or channels.
4. Choose the publication date and time.
5. Confirm the schedule.

FS Poster will automatically publish the content at the selected time.

To share the content right away:

1. Open the content idea.
2. Click the Share Now.
3. Select the desired social media accounts.
4. Confirm the publication.

The content will be sent to the selected social networks.
